Leverly is an AI-powered inbound lead response platform that converts web form submissions into real-time phone calls using voice AI technology. We are headquartered in San Diego, California, USA. For the purposes of UK GDPR, Leverly acts as a data processor on behalf of its clients (who act as data controllers) with respect to lead data. For data collected directly via leverly.com, Leverly is the data controller.

Lead Data Processed on Behalf of Clients
When our clients use the Leverly platform, personal data belonging to their leads (including names, phone numbers, and inquiry details submitted via web forms) is processed through our system. This data is processed solely on behalf of our clients under data processing agreements. Leverly does not use this data for its own marketing purposes.
AI Voice Call Data
Our platform initiates AI-powered voice calls to leads on behalf of clients. These calls may be:

Analyzed using conversational intelligence tools (Assembly.ai) to generate insights
Logged within our clients’ CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel)
Call recording and AI processing are disclosed to call recipients at the start of each call. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable call recording laws in their jurisdiction.

Clients retain access to all call recordings and transcripts.
