Call Configurations

Dynamically serve up the lead’s phone number as the caller ID to your reps. This is great for CRM systems that track activity back to the caller ID of inbound calls.

  • Adjust ‘ring time to rep’ and ‘ring time to the lead’.

    By default, the system rings each party for 60 seconds before
    terminating the call but we understand every phone system is different.

    This feature allows us the flexibility to work around your unique scenario.
  • Blackout Dates allow you to plan for holidays in the future to ensure no calls are generated on specific dates and no business is lost.
