What shows up on the Caller ID?

What shows up on the Caller ID? — Caller ID and options to update

By default, the following numbers show up on the caller ID:

Leg 1 (Call to Business):
619-770-1993 (this is the Leverly main office line)

Leg 2 (Call from Business to Lead):
A phone number that Leverly dialed on Leg 1 which pressed ‘1’.

Example: If Leverly is dialing individual cell phone numbers, the cell phone of the agent who pressed ‘2’ would show up on the lead’s caller ID.

If Leverly is dialing a single hunt line, the hunt line would show up on the lead’s caller ID.

Contact Customer Success to change the caller ID.
