Duplicate check settings

By default, Leverly has a duplicate check enabled. If an inquiry is received with the exact same phone number during the same business day, Leverly will not generate a call for the additional submissions.

You have the capability to adjust our duplicate check if you’d like the system to look at a field different than a phone number. We can use the following fields to check for duplicate submissions:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Primary Address

Alternatively, you can disable the duplicate check altogether.
