The message ‘Sorry, we are unable to connect to this inquiry’ is a blanket message that plays any time Leverly is unable to connect with the lead’s phone number.
Leverly will generate a call as long as the lead’s number has the correct number of digits (10 digits, or 11 digits if the first number is a ‘1’). After ‘1’ is pressed by the representative, the system will dial the lead’s line for 60 seconds.
If the lead does not answer at that time, or the phone number is invalid or out of service, the ‘Sorry, we are unable to connect to this inquiry’ message will play.
If it is not the final call attempt, the system will also give you the option to ‘Press 3 to remove the call from the queue’. The call will then terminate.
