IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

The IVR message is the greeting your representatives hear when they receive the S2L call. The message announces important lead information and action prompts to take on the call.

Here is the list of the fields we can announce:

  • Custom Greeting (default)
  • Lead Name (default)
  • Spell Lead’s Name
  • Lead Phone Number
  • Location
  • Nature of Inquiry
  • Company
  • City
  • Source
  • Comments
  • Lead ID
  • Representative’s Name

These are the prompts announced:

  • Press 2 to dial the lead
  • Press 3 to stop reattempts (optional)
  • Press 5 to tag calls (optional)
  • Press 9 to repeat the message

Other IVR options:

  • Configure the number of IVR loops played announced to the rep
  • Announce the attempt number for each lead
  • IVR Voicemail Detection

In order to announce any of these fields, the data must be captured on your web form.

As a best practice, you should try to keep the greeting as short as possible and only announce fields that are relevant and useful.

To add an additional field to your automated message, please send an email with your request to hello@leverly.com
